Vishal Cement Hits Market
Butwal, July 30: Vishal Cement Industries of Rupandehi has started commercial production. It has brought cement of the Vishal OPC and Vishal PPC brand in the market. The industry is located at Mainahiya VDC-4 in District Rupandehi.
The industry has the capacity of producing 300 tonnes of OPC and 400 tonnes of PPC brand cement daily, said Executive Director of the industry Jayandra Chudal.
Chudal said the industry is producing 70 percent PPC and 30 percent OPC brand cement in the first phase. He added that the production would be gradually increased along with the expansion of its market.
The cement is produced through the close-circuit mill technology and both automatic and semi-automatic plants will be in use, he said.
